This is a wonderful tasty vegan spaghetti dish, if you enjoy spaghetti. Fry up diced onions in olive oil. Add spices like black pepper. Of course, salt can be added. Then add chopped up broccoli and cauliflower, keep heat on medium. Smoked or hard tofu pieces are an option to add to give some protein. Towards the end of this quick stir fry, add cooked gluten free spaghetti and a pasta-tomato and mushroom based sauce🍝🍅😋🍄

Note: For a more protein-based meal add chopped up cooked mushrooms and tofu. Try rather use a vegetable-based spaghetti, which is often negligible in calorie content and has little carbs. Otherwise, this can be an easy carb-based meal. Just omit the tofu. The above dish is a mixture of carbs and protein.
