Mushroom Soup

Mushroom soup is an excellent starter preceding a main course meal❤️. Fry onions in olive oil, add fresh thyme (be generous) and then add plenty of diced mushrooms (any types). Add a little water with suitable aromatic spices (besides some salt and yes salt in this dish is helpful) and simmer for 10 minutes. Then mix in a little coconut cream. Simmer for several more minutes and top with fresh parsley 🍵🍄☘️❤️serve with rye bread🍞if preferred❤️
